Molybdenum balls (also called Mo balls) are high-density, high-temperature metal spheres made from pure molybdenum or molybdenum alloys. They are widely used in vacuum and inert-atmosphere environments where excellent heat resistance, low vapor pressure, and stable mechanical properties are required. Typical applications include vacuum furnaces, thermal shielding assemblies, aerospace components, scientific equipment, and high-temperature tooling fixtures.
· High melting point and excellent high-temperature strength
· High density for compact counterweight and mass-balancing designs
· Low vapor pressure for vacuum furnace and vacuum chamber use
· Corrosion behavior suitable for vacuum / inert atmospheres (note: Mo oxidizes in air at high temperature)
· Custom diameter, tolerance, and surface finish available
· Vacuum furnace parts (fixtures, supports, heat-zone assemblies)
· High-temperature shielding and thermal equipment
· Aerospace and research components
· Counterweight balls / balancing balls (high-density metal balls)
· Industrial tooling and specialty mechanical components

Our manufacturing and quality systems are certified to IATF 16949:2016 and other international standards, which are widely recognized by global automotive and precision industries. This allows us to apply strict automotive level process control to aluminum balls and other industrial balls, ensuring stable performance batch after batch.
Eurasian has long experience in producing high precision chrome steel, stainless steel, and carbon steel balls, supported by CQI9based heat treatment and advanced inspection equipment. The same metallurgical and process expertise is applied when developing and manufacturing aluminum balls, so you benefit from consistent hardness, microstructure, and dimensional accuracy across all materials.

From bearing steel balls (GCr15 / AISI 52100) to stainless steel, aluminum, carbon steel, and special balls, Eurasian can support multiple projects and platforms with one consolidated supply base. This helps you simplify supplier management, align quality standards, and reduce total procurement and logistics costs.
Eurasian supplies precision balls for automotive seat systems, wheel bearings, industrial equipment, and other export applications through long term cooperation with overseas customers. Our team is familiar with international documentation, packaging, and inspection requirements, making your aluminum ball sourcing smoother and more predictable.
With established production lines and daily capacity measured in tons, we can support both trial orders and large volume programs with reliable delivery times. Flexible MOQs, customized packaging, and responsive communication help you introduce aluminum balls into new projects while controlling risk and lead time.

Molybdenum balls are commonly used in high-temperature and vacuum applications, such as vacuum furnaces, thermal shielding assemblies, scientific equipment, and specialty tooling. They’re also used as high-density counterweight balls in compact designs.
Molybdenum performs very well at high temperature in vacuum or inert/reducing atmospheres, but it can oxidize in air at elevated temperatures. If your application is in air, please share the working temperature so we can confirm suitability or propose alternatives/coatings.
A common option is 99.95% pure molybdenum. Other purity levels or molybdenum alloys can be supplied depending on availability and application requirements.
We supply custom diameters based on your drawing or requirement. Please send your target diameter (mm or inch), quantity, and tolerance.
Tolerance depends on diameter and finishing requirements. Typical custom tolerances (example) range from ±0.01?mm to tighter on request. If you have a specific roundness requirement, share it and we’ll confirm feasibility.
Yes, we can provide ground or polished surfaces. Please specify the surface finish requirement (e.g., Ra target) and whether the ball is used in contact, rolling, or static positioning.
Yes. We can provide measurement records for diameter and visual surface inspection, and support additional documentation when needed (based on order requirements).
They are packed with protective materials to prevent impact damage and surface scratching, then placed in export-grade cartons or wooden cases as required. Clean packaging options are available for sensitive uses.
Please provide diameter, tolerance, material/purity, quantity, surface finish, application environment (air/vacuum/inert gas), and delivery destination.
Yes. We support custom manufacturing according to drawings, including special tolerances, surface finish, and inspection requirements.
